BTS Task Force

Bernards Township Task Force

Schools

The BTS task force is committed to a safe, in-person return to school. We ask our BOE and Superintendent to work creatively and with full transparency to get our kids back in the classroom Monday through Friday. We appreciate the tireless work of our teachers and school administrators. The task force supports our commitment to in-person education with scientific-based evidence, peer-reviewed journals, current student population studies and facts. We agree the 100% virtual model should remain an option for all students and teachers in need of this service.

Full Time Begins!!! 5/3/2021

Thank you to teachers, staff, and BOE for getting us safely back to school full time. Looking forward to the productive final months of the school year!

The Road Back

The COVID-19 pandemic impacted every aspect of our lives. As we look to the future and plan for students to return to schools in-person this fall, we must recognize and prepare for the ways the virus and necessary public health response has changed and will change the way students learn. This Restart and Recovery Plan provides educators and administrators with the information necessary to ensure that our schools reopen safely and are prepared to accommodate students’ unique needs during this unprecedented time.
